Low Season:

The apartment is not available in April and May

Schedule:
50% deposit to secure reservation half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance + security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance non-refundable, security deposit refundable
 Information:

Security deposit is US$ 300 weekly, US$ 600 monthly.

Weekly rentals include electricity, water, linen and towels, and the final cleaning.

Not included in the weekly rates are telephone usage, heating and wood for the fireplace. These are metered and paid separately.
