Payment Schedule:
50% rental deposit required to secure reservation half of the rental deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
rental balance +  US$ 300. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
Information: Rates are per week and include electricity, water, bed linen and towels, and the final cleaning.

Not included in the rates are central heating and wood for the fireplace.

Dinners and extra cleaning service can be available, please ask.
