Schedule
50% rental deposit to secure reservation half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance +  US$ 400. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit refundable 2 weeks after departure
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, water, one set of sheets and towels, weekly linen change and cleaning on Saturdays for multiple week stays, and the final cleaning.  

Not included in the rates are central heating and wood for the fireplace; these are metered and paid locally based on usage.

The swimming pool is open from middle of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.

The villa does not have a land line phone or Internet. You should consider bringing your own cell phone for convenience.
