Schedule
50% deposit to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 500. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include electricity, hot water, cooking gas, linen & towels.

Not included in the rates are heating and wood for the fireplace. These are paid locally based on usage.

Final cleaning is also not included in the rate and is payable locally to the owner in cash, Euro 150.

A cook is available to prepare dinners on request.

The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.
