Payment
Schedule
50% to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 800. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information Rates are per week and include air-conditioning, electricity, gas, water, linen & towels, and final cleaning.

Not included in the rates are heating and telephone calls; they are metered and paid locally based on usage. The villa has a mobile phone for the guests use, no land-line phone, but internet connection is available to use at property nearby.

Extra services available include cleaning service during the week and a cook to prepare dinners.

Swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.
