High Season:
June 2 - September 22		 US$ 2,750.
Mid Season:
March 31 - June 2
September 22 - October 27		 US$ 2,350.
Low Season:
October 27 - March 31		 US$ 1,950.
Payment Schedule:
50% rental deposit required to secure reservation half of the rental deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
rental balance +  US$ 400. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
Information: Rates are per week and include electricity, WiFi, water, a mid-week cleaning, and the final cleaning. Linen change and cleaning on Saturdays is included for multiple week rentals.

Not included in the rates are land-line telephone calls, central heating and wood for the fireplace; these are metered and paid locally based on usage.

Dinners at the villa and extra cleaning service can be available, please ask us for details.

The swimming pool is open from end of May to end of September. Water in the pool is not heated.
