balance +  US$ 1,200. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, linen & towels, house-keeping from Monday thru Saturday, and the final cleaning.

A Welcome Dinner on arrival night is also included.

Heating, air-conditioning and telephone calls are not included in the rates. Central heating costs Euro 230 per week, air-conditioning costs Euro 90 per week. Telephone calls are metered and paid locally based on usage.

Professional chef and sommelier are available.

Custom programs for cooking lessons, wine tasting, art, architecture, history and guided touring are available.
