The main house
ground level entry is from the courtyard. This ground level has a long
dining room with 2 dining tables for 14 people, a
seating area and a large writing desk at one end. From the common
room opening thru a wide archway in the middle is a living room with an
open Tuscan fireplace.
The country
kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and well stocked for
preparing meals for a large group, with abundant cooking wares, both everyday and
elegant dishes, including crystal and silver servicing
pieces. The kitchen has a separate entry and a large food pantry.
The first floor is
reached by covered outdoor stone stairs arriving at the front loggia.
The entry is into the spacious study with a seating group around the
fireplace. The bedrooms make up the rest of this floor.
The villa is
equipped with satellite TV, VCR, landline telephone, fax, desktop
computer and Internet connection.
A separate room for laundry and
ironing opens from the courtyard.
Cleaning service is included for
about 4 hours per day, each day of the week except on Sundays. The
full-time care-taker has independent quarters on the property.
