Payment
Schedule:
50% deposit to secure reservation reservation deposit is non-refundable; partial refund is possible if cancelled and re-rented
balance +  US$ 700. security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable
 Information: Rates are per week and include electricity, water, one mid-week cleaning, final cleaning, and linen change & cleaning on Saturdays for multiple week rentals. 

Not included in the rates are telephone usage and central heating, these are metered and payable locally.

Dinners at the villa and extra cleaning are available.
