Rates are per week and include air-conditioning in summer, electricity, water, bed-linen & towels, and final cleaning. Also free Internet access, dial-up only.

Housekeeping is included for about 4 hours per day, on 5 days per week.

Telephone calls and heating are not included in the rate. They are metered and paid locally.

An excellent cook is available to prepare dinners at the villa.
