The villa is positioned at the edge
of the hamlet, La Befa, and has 200 acres of land in the back
including orchards and natural Mediterranean woods.
In front of the villa is parking and
a paved drive into the hamlet that is at the end of the road with no
thru traffic.
About 50 people live in this quiet
farming community with a local trattoria and caffe-bar.
