Payment and Information

One week (7 nights) minimum rental period.

Visa and Master Card accepted for confirmation. A 20% charge for deposit is made at the time of the booking, with the balance due on arrival. The balance can also be paid with credit card.

The 20% deposit is non-refundable. The 80% balance is non-refundable less than 15 days prior to arrival. Except: for larger groups, long term rentals, and for all rentals during Christmas, New Year's and Easter holidays, reservations are pre-paid and non-refundable. Partial refund possible only if the canceled apartment is re-rented.

The rates include sheets/towels/heat/bathroom tissue/soap.

Each apartment has telephone, satellite TV, individual heating control, washing machine, iron & board, drip coffee maker.

Telephone usage (local and long distance) is metered and paid separately.

No air-conditioning, apartments have electric fans.

Mid-week cleaning & towel change included. Additional cleaning available.

Check-in time is 1:00 pm, check-out is by 11:00 am. For late check-ins after 7:00 pm, a Euro 25 surcharge is added to your bill. Palazzo Olivia is a private apartment building, not a hotel, so an appointment is necessary for all check-ins.

Airport pick-up service is available at low rates: Euro 45 for car up to 3 people, Euro 50 for van up to 5 people, Euro 60 for minibus up to 8 people. Payment is made in cash on arrival at Palazzo Olivia.
