 Torre San Domenico, see the lighter colored tower in the center of the photo Torre San Domenico is a 4 level home built on the remains of a 13th Century tower in the Tuscan hill town of Cetona.

The tower sleeps 6 people and is situated in the heart of the village centre on a charming, quiet street just a minute away from the central square with markets, shops and restaurants.

  Cetona is ideally located in south-east corner of Tuscany for touring central Italy, you can easily reach most of Tuscany and Umbria for day-trips. The A1 Autostrada is just a 10-minute drive away, and in about 15 minutes in Chiusi is a main-line train station.
   

This is a very scenic region of historic hill towns and large farming valleys with panoramic views.

You can enjoy outside dining and views over the rooftops to the surrounding vineyards and olive groves from the private terrace of the tower.

Nearby Tuscan towns include Sarteano and Montepulciano to the north, under 1 hour are Siena, Arezzo and Cortona; on the Umbrian side are Perugia, Assisi, and Orvieto. Florence is about 1.5 hour drive away.
