San Francesco is located on a hill
surrounded by open farmland and beautiful countryside 2km from the village of Palazone in
the southeast corner of Tuscany, close to the Umbrian border. The location is
excellent for touring in central
Italy; you can easily make daytrips to Siena, Florence, San
Gimignano, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi and even Rome. The
closest Autostrada exit is only 10 minute drive away.

The buildings were fully remodelled just a
few years ago to
include all modern comforts. The 2 buildings are about 50 meters
apartment, there's plenty of
space, ample parking for several cars, and great views.
On this large property are cypresses,
umbrella pines, an orchard and a kitchen garden.
The swimming pool is shared by the two houses.
