Payment
Schedule
50% deposit to secure reservation half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
balance +  security deposit of US$ 400 for the villa, US$ 250 for the cottage, is due 60 days prior to arrival balance is non-refundable, security deposit is refundable 2 weeks after departure
 Information During High and Mid Seasons when the pool is in use, the owner prefers to rent the Villa and the Cottage together. They can be rented separately during the Low Season, and also for "last-minute" bookings depending on availability. Please ask us about current availability.

Rates are per week and include electricity, water, bed-linen and towels, one mid-week cleaning, the final cleaning, and linen change & cleaning on Saturdays for multiple week stays.

Not included in the rates are telephone usage, central heating and wood for the fireplace.

The swimming pool is open from middle of May to end of September. Pool water is not heated.

The Villa has a landline telephone.
